Grammy 2016: le nomination

Sono state rese note le nomination per i Grammy Awards 2016, che si terranno il prossimo 15 febbraio allo Staples Center di Los Angeles, e dando una rapida occhiata alle principali categorie che interessano a noi, ovvero quelle di pop music, è il trionfo di Universal MusicKendrick Lamar, The Weeknd Taylor Swift sono infatti gli artisti che possono ambire al maggior numero di statuette.

Un anno fortunato per Universal Music, che è riuscita a piazzare 5 suoi artisti in tutte e 5 le nomination per l’ambito premio Album Of The Year, e ben 3 su 5 in Best New Artist.

Grammy Awards 2016 confermano tra l’altro The Weeknd come uno degli artisti dell’anno. Il cantante, che dall’11 dicembre sarà in radio con il nuovo singolo In The Night (video in fondo all’articolo), avrà inoltre l’onore di aprire il concerto di Rihanna in programma allo Stadio San Siro il prossimo 13 luglio.
