John Newman è in radio da oggi con il nuovo singolo Come And Get It. Il brano, disponibile per il pre-order su iTunes, verrà pubblicato il 17 luglio e anticipa l’uscita del secondo disco dell’artista due anni dopo il successo della hit Love Me Again.

Impossibile non ricordare l’esordio di John Newman, che nel 2013 si è imposto a livello mondiale con Love Me Again, canzone capace di vendere quasi 4 milioni di copie e di totalizzare circa 300 milioni di visualizzazioni su YouTube. Nel nostro Paese il singolo si è aggiudicato la certificazione di doppio disco di platino ed è stato uno dei più trasmessi in radio quell’anno.

Love Me Again ha trainato l’album di debutto Tribute, che ha venduto più di un milione di copie e i cui singoli hanno raggiunto quota 6 milioni in tutto il mondo.

Forte di questi risultati John Newman è pronto a condividere con i fan nuova musica. Da oggi infatti è in radio il nuovo singolo Come And Get It, scritto e co-prodotto con l’aiuto di Greg Kurstin, già al lavoro per Sia, Beyoncé, Ellie Goulding, Katy Perry e Lana Del Rey. Il brano anticipa la pubblicazione del nuovo album di inediti in arrivo prossimamente.

In attesa di un vero e proprio tour e di vederlo esibirsi anche in Italia, John Newman questo mese sarà protagonista di due festival musicali in Inghilterra: il 7 giugno a Nottingham al No Tomorrow Festival, e il 27 giugno a Londra al BST Hyde Park in compagnia di Taylor Swift ed Ellie Goulding.
